Super pathetic service and FU attitude

Axxess has *****ed up my internet installation earlier this year and today, ordering for my mom, they ***** this up again. There is super pathetic internal communication, slow response and ignoring me, their online map is wrong regarding which network is where and the managemt has a FU attitude towards the customer.

The router MUST be delivered by courier even living in the same city and costing another R249, collection is not allowed.

But hey, they are the cheapest! We don't have customer service and it is not included in the price, just like Autopage used to do. Just look at what happened to them.
