Suggestion for when we on outage

I always boast that i was with this ISP since them running from a small office in Westborne road PE. Most of their staff are super helpful in resolving problems dependable to them.

Outages are common lately from their suppliers and would request that

1. they consider bulk sms system informing us of possible outage so we don't clog their line asking the same thing.

2. Consider offering clients an complementary LTE sim with say 300-500 MB data to be used during outages. Afterall we pay for a full month that is not CR in the event of outages.

Axxess is a big company able to take care of its clients and personally don't see an ISP that betters their service excellence.
