Struggling to get Sim delivered. I need it!

I registered for a new product on Date Created: 2023-06-21, I have logged a request for help three times, they immediately took my money, and I am still waiting for the sim to be delivered. Latest is I am told that the courier is trying to phone me and my wife with no success. I am still waiting for that call.....
