Still waiting for order 11 days

I placed an order with Axxess for a data sim on 1 September. Today, 11-days later I get a notification that it will be collected by their courier (who knows how long until I receive it?). They insisted that I make use of their courier service - we are not allowed to send our own courier.

For an amount of R246 for delivery of a sim card only I expect it to be overnight (or at least with economy three to four days).

When I phoned Axxess regarding the issue, I was told that there is nothing they can do about it. So my question is - if you have no control over your courier or dispatch (wherever the problem lies I don't know), then should you really be in business in the first place?
