Still No Delivery or Helpful answers

I ordered my RAIN LTE on the day that it went live on the website but yet I just got an email to say that it will be another 1 - 2 weeks due to the shortage

Okay but 1) I shouldn't have been affected as I ordered ON THE DAY THE DEAL WENT LIVE? 2) What will happen once there is stock will the people that ordered first have preference? 3) Is there a way to track my order or can someone please tell me how long it will take 1 -2 weeks is a huge difference and this puts a spanner in the works as I took the deal out because I need it for my studies and work and now I'm sitting with nothing ?

Again I understand there was a shortage and that Axxess obviously ill planned for the promo but can I please have some solid answers that actually help!

To only get an email 2 days before the 10 days are up that the product should of been delivered in is a bit poor there should of been more notice to plan around. ( This after they changed delivery on the terms and conditions from 3 days to 10 days)

Last thing please confirm with me that I will be getting the B316 as that is what i ordered but the promotion has changed since then so if i get a router that wasn't the deal when I ordered it will be non disclosure
