Still at a disadvantage

Axxess have been my ISP for some time. Living in Middelburg EC I accepted that my Telkom lte speeds might not be that fast. However after inspecting the local tower availability for my telkom lte it became clear why my internet service is not even moderate. The tower locally is situated in town about 5km away from where I stay. Axxess and Telkom can argue that it is in the bussiness centre but the boundaries clearly show that none of the previously disadvantaged areas of Lusaka, Kwanonzame and Midros are covered by their signal. With that said there are cell towers in all those areas. It is inexplicable that they do not expand their coverage to benefit all.
