This company does not want to stay in business. From the 1st of every month something else stops working. FYI that is when they get there payment. It seems the payment is not to stay connected but to have one less connection. on one of your devices. They just do anything to correct anything. Just keep giving you the same nonsense. They have no technicians apparently. They can never be sent anywhere to correct/fix their mess.
