STEER CLEAR OF AXXESS.CO.ZA!!!

Axxess.co.za and the service I've received has brought me to writing my very first review on Hello Peter. I hope that this review allows prospective customers to make an informed decision when signing up with Axxess.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I've received from Axxess and its support agents, especially being a customer of Axxess for close to 4 years!

My family and I upgraded our package with Axxess 3 times, we are currently on a 200mbps line, regardless we have continuous intermittent issues. I've done numerous PING Tests, Tracert Tests, I've sat and monitored intermittent issues for 2 hours, recorded these and sent to the support agents. We've changed our IP address various times as well. Faults continuously get logged but that's where it ends.

I've requested technical support, of which I would personally pay the call out fees for (just in case we were possibly making a mistake on our end) but no further progress has been made. Axxess just assumes that we are all extremely clued up with I.T. and have the ability to fix issues on our own.

I've now made a concerted effort to spend my Saturday morning giving my notice of cancelation to Axxess and informing others of NOT investing their money and time in the services of Axxess.
