Stay FAR away from Axxess as an ISP

Don't go near them. Use any other ISP, but if you value your connectivity and your sanity, you will not do any kind of business with these clowns. They have zero understanding of customer service, and their support staff must be some of the worst in the business. Use Afrihost or another reputable ISP, but spare yourself the drama with this lot.
