STAY AWAY - USELESS SUPPORT

Worst service ever,. No internet foe almost two weeks, & still ongoing. Helpline number hardly works. Have to be at premises to go through trouble shooting but then can't get through on phone once there. Send them mail but it just keeps sending tickets. Eventually got a response about 2 weeks later. Had asked if they could contact my unit manager but they won't do it. So effectively that will not arrange a technician, they will not make just ONE phone call to keep a customer. You basically getting robotic responses that do ****. And when you do get through totally unhelpful. Asked for a refund for no service & it was no even answered.No CHAT option, PHONE seldom work, mail work - 24/7 Support line my ass.
