Stay away, No more support

More than a month and my long term service provider cannot fix any faults. I get 5mb speed for payments of 250MB fibre speed. Be aware, they will only blame you and not resolve the problem at all. I have been with them many years and due to this I have had to leave them as they cannot resolve their issues.
