STAY AWAY! Horrible service

Been struggling for 7 weeks with slow internet. On a 200mb fibre line but only receiving around 10mbs download. Support Team is pretty useless, with all due respect. They are like robots, continuously wanting you to do the same thing over and over because that's all they've been taught as troubleshooting. No initiative from anyone to do any more and sort out the problem.
