Stay away from these idiots Axxess don't work for clients

I have had nothing but shocking service from this circus that has supposedly won awards for service, I would love to know who actually voted for these idiots because I have received better service from uneducated car guards. I signed up yes new customer for their LTe service via Telkom Mobile, firstly the courier company took forever to deliver and I had to do the chasing. Then the sim card once activated took 3 days to work, All was working fine until 1st of the month and spent a week backwards and forward with various people in various departments at my cost to eventually get it sorted which all was good for a week and bang again. Not working and noone from axxess gives a damn about clients needs because again passed from one department to another and now they are blaming Telkom for the lack of service. Sorry I signed up with you not Telkom. You are the worst service provider in SA by far and that is saying something you should be embarrassed.
