Stay away from axxess internet services

I was their client for a few months. A week ago I lost connection, suddenly. I called, emailed, reach out using whatever platform available. I ended up asking for a refund but they refused because they cant find fault. I am without internet for so long. I work online and this has affect not only my job but my income also. The Sim card showed no service. Yet they claim they cant find fault. So what am I supposed to do? Suck it up and accept that their lack of service has almost cost me my job? Worst service provider ever
