Stay Away from Axxess and their so called business

I moved to Axxess on 1st October 2015 and setup a 4MB business account.<br> I moved from Axxess as I was with Afrihost and thought I would save some money<br> <br> But as they say you get what you pay for.<br> <br> Im am now 8 days in p2p completely blocked 24/7 cant stream anything and even trying to download a 150MB on a 4MB solution on port 80 I am lucky if I get 45-80KB however after 9 things seems to change.<br> <br> Here is my real gripe you use the exact SAME network as Afrihost yet throttle the living heck out of it and claim business protocols yet when I was on Afrihost paying a fraction of the price on the normal uncapped solution it leaves your \product"in the dust and when moving to the business uncapped with them you cant even compare the experience. <br> <br> Oh and to add one of you support agents did something to your radius server as he tried to re-create my port which resulted in me losing connectivity for nearly 24hrs.<br> <br> In short mediocre support from a mediocre ISP that only really caters to Moms and Pops.<br> <br> I remember doing business with you years ago and now I remember why I stopped.<br> <br> A real shame.<br> <br> """
