Stay Away !!!!!

Can not recommend Axxess at all. Dealing with multiple different departments made it clear that there is a total lack of collaboration & communication between the sales, accounts and support teams

Axxess is basically the new Telkom, in terms of total lack of accountability, action and service

Getting any kind of support from Axxess is nearly impossible. Their teams are very much "no that cant be done" or "no I cant assist" or "let me speak to my team leader" and then nothing happens kind of staff. My suggestion is fire your GM and get someone in with experience in lateral cross-team collaboration - as that does not exist in Axxess at all
