STAY AWAY BE WARNED !!!

If I could have rated 0 it would have been the only! As a reseller with Axxess for more than 15 years this has been the worst I have ever death with don't waist your time, effort, money and resources. They have no regard for their reseller not even mentioning support and backup. They treat their reseller like normal end users. Support and follow up does not exist. They do not do their jobs no one takes responsibility for their role and it becomes a pass the buck game with support calls.

I have never been able to get hold of a Manager, Supervisor or any one that can take action and steer the ship to get issues resolved they are always unavailable, in a meeting or either I don't know on lunch or does not exist! DO YOURSELF a favor as there is many other able ISP to deal with, pick one besides Axxess.

I have been in this industry for a very long time and have extensive experience on managing help desks and Axxess has no clue they have to retrain theist staff!!

First an final Post. I will be cancelling all of my clients services with them today and ending years of pain and agony with them.
