Stay. Away.

I have been without wifi for a week now. I have to keep on calling for an update and every time I speak to someone they suggest I do a "hard reset". After the 4th "hard reset" - no technician in site, no idea if they will be able to send someone out and suggest I have to keep following up with them daily.
