They advertize free delivery and installation then tell you you need to pay R250 for a pro rata which they only after threatening legal action tell you that you have to pay your premium and prorata still. On top of that, their phone lies go dead. No one once called me about my line installation. Nor did they answer calls or respond to emails. 2 weeks later and no one has installed my line yet nor have they called to arrange a time. They just hope you forget about it and they get free money. And since when is it R250 for 2-week delivery? I can get overnight for R150. ****s and *****sters.
