STAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE AWAYS FROM THEM!!!!

Clients were double debited - no communication for a week before they apparently smsed us yet most of us received no sms. Now they debiting again prior to the agreed upon date. Only to be told it's because they reversed both debits - real incompetency. So now I sit with a negative bank balance - fees for an unpaid item and the potential of them suspending my account. I get transferred between agents on live support with no communication. Nobody can give me answers and all they do is apologize when I am the one sitting with all the charges.

I have never dealt with such and ***********, disrespectful company.
