Spend the same time fixing issues than avoiding the issues

This rating is shared with RAIN. I get internet access for only 2-3 sec at a time. This started 4 days ago. They cannot fix it. So I cancel the contract but they insist on enforcing the one month cancellation, but provide no service. Only reason I gave one star is that there is no option for zero
