What do you expect? Upgrade connection to 50/50mp get 20/10, this is a typical SA company. When you phone support they just blablabla. But there is no issue when debit orders go down. If I upgrade to 50/50 and I get 20/10 I should be able to hold them Liable. Nope. T&C's. Cover their murky bottoms with contractual dirt.

I use to love Axxess, you won't get what you pay for and that is just that.
