Speed of service

<p>I went from another service provider to Axxess. When asked how long it would take to have my Internet up and running Axxess rep**** with "it will take a few days". Why so long when other companies do it within minutes. I then asked to cancel my application once Axxess already had control of my line and now refuse to release it until the end of the month? I want my line released now. I need WiFi and I am not paying for any services with Axxess so why must it take that long. </p>
