Speed line switch

Watch out for this company, don't recommend at all to get fibre from them. They will let you know that you are automatically qualified for a better speed, and then charge you for it. They recently announced their prices increase. Asked to switch the speed from 200mb to 100mb and nothing happend for more than 2 weeks, obviously they are waiting to charge you for their new price, and blame it on Openserve. Openserve doesn't deal with speed line switch, Axxess does. Greedy company with 0 customer service.
