So much for being honest!!!

<p> On June 26th I upgraded my DSL data limit from 300Gb to 400Gb, and was quoted an additional R90pm. I paid the prorata difference and have had 400Gb for July. This week I got a proforma invoice from Axxess showing the previous amount for 300Gb (R1050). I then contacted Axxess and asked them to correct the value to the correct amount of R1140. They then sent me a proforma invoice for R1535. After contacting accounts and pointing out their mistake they informed me even though that even though I signed up when it was R1150pm for 400Gb the new tariff (effective 1 July) would have to be app**** to me. I then asked to be put back on my old package and was told I couldn’t go back to that rate and would be charged R1350pm from now on!</p> <p>So because of Axxess messing up my upgrade I have to pay more money for less data per month! So much for being honest and trying to pay what was agreed. In hindsight I should have just kept on paying for the 300Gb package and getting 400Gb of data…</p>
