Slow speeds

Continuous slow speeds... Have been logging tickets... Getting promises to be called back yet nothing happens.

There are some days where i have speeds on 15Mbps but on most days i have speeds of 0.15Mbps, it is impossible to work like this, i expect at least 10Mbps as stated on your website.

I have been patient and allowed you enough time to fix the problem or get back to me.
