Slow replies

2days ago i loaded a request to support to assist with my line as i have been experiencing slow download speeds or none at all. At 19:03 2days after my request i get a response after i called the call centre 2days later for support. I am very disappointed in the service i recieved and this is not the 1st time i had a issue with support via the app.
