SLOW INTERNET CONNECTION FOR UNCAPPED USERS

<p>We contacted Axxess last night after having very slow internet connection for the entire day only to be told that all uncapped users have been put on the slowest bandwidth. No explanation as to why - so it isnt because we have been throttled due to high usage which by the way according to Axxess there rule on the matter is only throttled for an hour at a time if there is high usage. So why pay for a 10MB uncapped line only to have SLOW bandwidth . </p> <p> </p>
