Slow ADSL speed

<p>The speed I am getting from axxess is terrible, if i bypass them and use Telkoms settings on my router the speed is always the same. I am getting on a 10Mbps line, speeds under 1Mbps if nobody is connected via my router. Their technical/accounts department is not willing to help, they rather want me to cancel my service and their management team also does not want to help.</p>
