Simply Arrogant and irresponsible

Hello, I am absolutely livid with these guys responses and don't care attitude. I ordered a service form them and when the open Fibre guys installed they said I must call when I want Axxess to activate the service, I said great as I wanted it active as of the 1st August. Lo and behold, they activated it the same day (30th) without my consent. Reason being is they have a promotion that gives you to activation month and following month free, so they quickly activate so that I get I day free instead of 1 month. Trying to report this, its like watching paint dry - so quick to activate, more than a day to respond. I will not tolerate this, if you cannot resolve this, I will submit a cancellation and choose another ISP. You can come and collect your router, then prove where I asked for it to be activated and I will pay your activation and you can get lost. You are not going to take me for a ride. Not even 1 day and we are starting off like this ? Come on man, I am not that stupid. I have never even received a single call from you guys. Awaiting a call from management
