Sim Card canceled for no reason?

Why did Axxess DSL cancel my Rain 25 GB sim card without notice, i did not cancel the service and i did not provide notice. Axxess DSL can not provide me of answers why this was canceled. I then ordered a new Cell C 50GB sim card from Axxess DSL, and now my account was blocked and de-activated? Why Axxess DSL, don't you honor your clients and agreements?

How do you treat your clients? You want to take money but don't supply the services? You cancel the services without notice? Explain Axxess DSL explain - How many other clients are you *********** like this?
