SHOCKING SERVICE - SLOW AND UNHELPFUL

In the past I have always rated Axxess. HOWEVER, of late their service is shocking. I'm on an 8mb fibre line getting speeds of 0,5mb. I have sent numerous tickets and calls. Get passed between departments then get told its OpenServe BUT they the ones who own the relationship. They get back to you 2/3 days later if you lucky! I have even sent complaint to the complaints department with no feedback. They may have been good BUT ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING NOW!!!
