Shocking service from Internet providers on the North Coast Ballito

I live in Ballito Kwazulu Natal. On 1 January 2019 our Fibre was broken. We still have not had 1 person at out premises and the WiFI is still not working. The shocking part about all of this is I can not complain to anyone about this. I also looked at Exxess and they dont even respond if you say something about them on this site. Shocking shocking service.
