Shocking service from Axxess Internet and Openserve

Good Day Axxess service is shocking. They offer a service and use openserve as an external service provider but they don't escalate the order or follow up.

I have been with axxess before and the service was fantastic. Now i have been waiting over 3 weeks to get the openserve cables department to come and sort the issue out. I only went with Axxess as they were running a good special, but by the time I get my fibre line sorted out the special will be over.

The only time I hear from Axxess if I email them and I get the same reply all the time. Your order will take +- 2 weeks but they fail to see it has been longer than 2 weeks.
