Shocking service from Axxess

I would not even give Axxess one star. Shocking shocking service,. You cannot get through to anyone in management to escalate a problem> There is no cohesion. No one knows what the issue is despite 50 phone calls about the same thing and still not resolved. I have paid for a Voip service and cannot get access to it.
