Shocking Service

I have never seen such bad customer service from any company like this one. We have had no internet connection for over a week now. We have complained and always get a so called ticket and nothing ever gets done. We call them and we get told they will escalate the problem and this happens everytime, we contact them still with no resolution on our lack of internet connection. I find that they are more interested in their 5G connection story i saw than their customer base. I have no intention of ever recommending their service to anyone that asks about their fibre connection service. They should deal with their customer in a prompt fashion and not like they have done to us
