Shocking service Axxess

<p>App**** for a DSL line 7 weeks ago and still don't have internet at home. Seems to me no one actually cares at Axxess about retaining or gaining a new client and they definitely don't know the definition of service, let alone good service. The reason we chose Axxess is because we did not want to deal with Telkom. Fat help they have been in this whole process. Absolutely disgusting service.</p>
