SHOCKING service

Shocking customer support. After hundreds of rands in holding for support operators - normally around 20min , they still cannot fix the issue. when I try to get hold of a manager, they never available - never return calls when i leave a message for the managers to call back.

They have locked me into a contact, if I cancel ill have to pay a large fee
