Shocking service.

Service so shocking I have run out of swear words to describe it. You never receive an actual response to any query apart from what looks like a standard response, asking you to reply. When you do a response is returned saying the ticket is closed due to the customers lack of response. I am tempted to lay police charges over their unexplained theft of data.
