SHOCKING SERVICE

Absolutely shocking service. We have been without wifi for a month now. We sent in our documents over 4 weeks ago. Chantel in shipping apparently didn't get the documents for RICA and cancelled our order when we had PAID our money. Fast forward 2 days we get our router but then the sim card isn't provisioned and no one at the call centre can help us with that. A while weekend goes by and finally the sim card has been provisioned but then there is no data that has been allocated WHEN WE HAVE PAID FOR UNCAPPED WIFI. Why do we have to battle, all the call centre tells us to do is change the APN or reboot the router they cannot send us to a person to talk to about activating the sim nothing!!! Shocking service. We are still in a battle with them
