Shocking and disappointing service after 15 years of being a customer

I have cancelled my business with Axxess after 15 years, they are still not realizing what they have done and how badly they are performing in their service. they have not been able to fix a static IP that has not being working for 3 weeks and they just don't care. Meanwhile my security has been compromised all this time. I changed ISP today and they have fixed the issue literally in minutes, and personal service as well, what a pleasure. Axxess....you should be ashamed of your poor service! Good bye.
