Shocking

I am not getting through with calls. I spoke to someone on Saturday regarding my internet and it is still off. Every few weeks to a month my internet goes off and then I need to phone in multiple times to get it back on. In March my internet was off for three weeks. When service is asked no one wants to work but when billing date comes then I get multiple emails or my service is suspended.

This is not a government institution, get your act together please, I have been with Axxess for many yours now but this past 6 months have been shocking.
