Shocked and disappointed

My first ever ISP and for many years. Sadly it had to come to an end but to top it off they feel they need to charge for a month of service I no longer require because I have moved from DSL to Fibre. Bad customer service to be honest and I would not recommend. They didn't even ask me if or made me any offer of their own for fibre that had recently been installed in our area. And now I'm gonna be charge for nothing. Unbelievable seriously. Glad I'm done with them.
