Shame on you Axxess

Axxess wants to bill me for “prorate” R480 for an inactive line that has not been active or activated and that I requested that it only go’s live from the end of the month *** ... I moved into a new place, the unit was fiber ready and I enquired about the line and decided to get Axxess as my ISP, I have my own router so no equipment was needed, they had a guy come out to check the line that’s it. It is sickening how South Africans get *****ed by these big companies.... shame on you Axxess
