Cancelation fee for service requested not being offered i refuse to pay cancelation fee because a 10 MB line was requested a 4mb was given and then they tell you they dont have that line in my area but my previous ISP instaleld a 10 mb then i must tell them when i asked for the service upgrade they're just a bunch of hotair cons
