Service still as bad as before, with call centre agents with bad attitudes

My server has been crashing for the past month. I sent in . about 4 tickets, and no contact was made. I called in this morning, and the first consultant hung up on me. The second person also hung up on me, after I took him on about not really wanting/being able to assist me - and my request was simple - ask a manager to get in touch with me...
