Service ****?

Axxess is providing the worst service I've seen in my 40+ years in the IT industry. I've got 3 accounts with Axxess, One account is not to bad, one is not working at all now for nearly a month, and the other one is not even online. When trying to move away from Axxess they told me that I must wait 2 months before I can reassign my domain name, however, its been paid fully and without any service - I cant even open my website because its non-existing. My biggist mistake was to think Axxess is a good company to do business with. You cannot contact any individual to escalate matters. What a disgrace - I'll pay to get rid of Axxess!!!! If one reads their About Us page it seems to be a very good service provider but once dealing with the its a nightmare - could it be that that its all a ****???? I believe they are owned by Afrihost?
