SERVICE POOR ON LTE PRODUCTS

Bought a cell c sim from axxess with a router. in beginning sim was responding and then just stopped working. I have another cell c card as well from axxess working perfectly. changed routers everything they keep making me repeat steps. i have been able to use 200mb from the 100gb sim so far. one random time it connected. now they refuse to give me another sim want to charge me pro rata for cancelling for a service i paid for and was unable to use. this has been going on for 20 days now. Their service on these products are the WORST. Please watch out.
