Service not approved but money was debited

Axxess internet provider:

I do have an account with Axxess and this was obtained and opened 2 months ago with no problems. (Telkom LTE data)

Because we are moving to another address where their are no coverage for Telkom network, I did gave notice to end that account, and I app**** for a new account on the MTN network (with LTE coverage at new address).

Again I had to provide a copy of my ID with proof of adress, and I did sent it with the application for the new service.

After some days, I saw that the new account wad deducted from my bank account because it must been paid in advance for every month.

But I also received a email stated that my application was not successful because my Rica documents was not correct.

I did sent a copy of my ID and as proof of address a statement of Mr Price account with my name and adress on it.

I then phoned Axxess and was informed that the statement of mr Price did not show my ID number.

I explained that no account statement show your ID number, but they only said that I must send a account statement with my ID number on it.

Even my Axxess statement (Telkom LTE for 2 months now) do not show my ID number.

I again sent another proof of adress and did sent my bank statement with my name and adress on it. (But no ID number on that also)

until now, no service was approved although the money was already deducted as if it was approved ???

And again this month end there will be a deduction on my account with no service or SIM card on that service in my possession, because my rica was not approved.

SO I AM PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT I DIDN'T RECEIVED !!!!

What a pathetic service.

Not approved but we take your money as agreed !!!!

Now if i click on cancel this service (via internet on Axxess website), it stated that it would be cancelled from end of April ????

So for 2 month I will pay for nothing ?????

According the credit act, I have a right on services provided if I buy it, but not with AXXESS !!!!

I will take this matter to media and helopeter and even to a attorney to get my money back paid for a non service.
