SERVICE NON EXISTING

Axxess is by far the worst service provider by far(Worse than Telkom). I have been complaining on their facebook since last year, what do they do about my complaints, they block me from being able to post comments. That is how they deal with customer dissatisfaction. I have been trying to upgrade my line to a faster speed. Being made promises by call center agents and nothing happening. Try calling their call center. You are lucky if you get someone to answer in 20 minutes. Always the same excuse, experiencing high call volumes. For crying in a bucket, This has been the issue for years now. Changed their number recently. Different number, same service. Incompetence seems to be the order of the day. Only respond to new business, not complaints.
